Our cellular gateway has its own power source and uses cellular data (like a mobile phone) to communicate. It doesn't rely on your property's WiFi or power. The gateway battery lasts months, and we can set up solar charging for extended vacancies if needed.

You own all the hardware. Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. The locks stay on your doors and continue working with manual codes. You just lose the remote access and cellular connectivity features.

We use commercial-grade locks with AES-256 encryption—the same standard used by banks. All communication is encrypted end-to-end. Honestly, it's more secure than physical keys that can be copied at any hardware store.

The app notifies you when battery is getting low (usually lasts 6-12 months on standard batteries). Even if it dies completely, there's a physical key backup and a 9V battery jump port on the exterior to power it temporarily.

Your choice. The locks support both codes and physical keys. Most property managers give tenants a code only, which makes turnover easier. But if you prefer physical keys for certain tenants, that works too.

About 30-45 minutes per door for a standard installation. We replace the existing deadbolt, install and configure the cellular gateway, set up your app access, and test everything before we leave.

Cellular data for the gateway, cloud access for remote control and logs, app access, firmware updates, and technical support. It's the ongoing connectivity that makes the remote access work. Without it, the lock still works manually with codes.
