1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

LocalLockdownLV provides the following services:

• Security camera system installation and configuration
• Local network-attached storage (NAS) setup
• Private VPN server installation
• Network privacy solutions including Pi-hole ad blocking
• Ongoing technical support (optional annual care packages)

3. Ownership of Equipment

Upon full payment, all hardware and equipment installed by LocalLockdownLV becomes your property. This includes:

• Security cameras and mounting hardware
• Network video recorder (NVR) or Raspberry Pi server
• Network-attached storage devices
• Cabling and network equipment

You are responsible for the maintenance and security of your equipment after installation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change
• A deposit may be required before installation begins
• Full payment is due upon completion of installation
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers
• Annual care packages are billed annually in advance

5. Installation

Our installation services include:

• Professional mounting and positioning of cameras
• Clean cable runs (hidden where possible)
• Network configuration and testing
• Basic training on system operation
• Mobile app setup assistance

You must provide reasonable access to your property for installation. Any structural modifications require your prior approval.

6. Warranty and Support

Hardware Warranty: All hardware comes with manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims during the first year after installation.

Installation Warranty: Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days after installation. This covers issues related to our installation work, not hardware defects or user modifications.

Annual Care Package: Optional ongoing support includes remote troubleshooting, software updates, and priority service calls.

7. Limitations of Liability

LocalLockdownLV is not liable for:

• Loss or damage from security incidents or system failures
• Internet or power outages affecting system operation
• Damage caused by user modifications or misuse
• Third-party software or service issues
• Consequential or indirect damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services. Security systems are deterrents and cannot guarantee prevention of all incidents.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
• Ensure legal authority to modify your property
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding surveillance
• Notify neighbors when required by local law
• Maintain your equipment in good working condition
• Keep software and firmware updated

9. Privacy and Recording Laws

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding video and audio surveillance. In Nevada:

• You may record video on your own property
• Audio recording may require consent in certain situations
• Recording in areas with reasonable expectation of privacy may be prohibited

We recommend consulting with a legal professional if you have questions about surveillance laws.

10. Service Area

Our installation services are currently available in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, and surrounding communities. Contact us for service availability in your area.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

• Consultations are free with no obligation
• Deposits are non-refundable once equipment is ordered
• Full refunds available if cancelled before equipment order
• Installed equipment cannot be returned
• Annual care packages may be cancelled at any time (no partial refunds)

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LocalLockdownLV and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with Nevada law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
